Your jobs stay in your workspace.

What we collect

For an account, we use your email address and sign-in identifier. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic profile details, including your email and its verification status. Kwelby does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or Google password.

When you use the workspace, we store the jobs, client names, coating rules, schedule decisions, team invitations, and client briefs you enter. A public weather check uses the location you request to obtain a National Weather Service forecast; saving a job keeps its location with that job.

If you choose a paid pilot, Whop handles checkout. Kwelby stores the checkout reference, plan, amount, and signed payment confirmation needed to grant access. We do not receive your full card number.

Site measurement

Kwelby uses first-party analytics to count pages, weather checks, and signup or checkout steps. A random browser identifier rotates after 90 days, and a session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server hashes those identifiers and keeps event rows for about 90 days. Events contain a page path, broad traffic source, campaign tag, and device category; they do not store your IP address, email, full referring URL, client name, job, or searched address.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this browser analytics. You can also opt out in this browser by visiting kwelby.com/?nocount=1. Browser storage holds the random identifiers and opt-out choice.

Sharing and retention

A client brief is accessible to anyone with its unguessable link until the link expires. Only share it with the intended recipient. Team members you invite can access the workspace according to their role. Kwelby uses AWS to host accounts and workspace records, Google for optional sign-in, the National Weather Service for forecasts, and Whop for payments. We do not sell workspace records.

You can remove individual jobs and rule sets in the workspace. Other account and billing records may remain until you request deletion, subject to records needed for security, payment disputes, or legal obligations. To ask about your data or request deletion, email mingshdu@gmail.com.
